the location was superb for exploring the city. a tram stop was very close to the hotel. the hotel overlooked a canal near vondelpark. breakfast included a take away coffee option.
the room was a bit outdated for a hotel of this category. the television was not fully functional. it mostly had local channels. the staff did not offer a solution.

the welcome was warm and professional, many staff were available. everything felt super clean and polished. i found the bedding very fresh and the room facilities plentiful!
the smart tv wasn't smart at all and most channels were in dutch! the channel guide was also incorrect.

The hotel is in a very central area. i could walk to many points of interest. the airport express bus line 397 terminates in front of the hotel. It was easy to reach.

upon arrival at the valet parking i received a very warm welcome! the host franis checked if i needed help with luggage for check in. he provided water bottles in the car for my journey home.
